- Install new MERV 8 Pleated Filters, provided by Climbflow Heating and Air, LLC

- Visual Inspection of the unit

- Inspection of heat exchanger, burners, gas valve, gas piping

- Test Economizer operation, if applicable

- Inspect electrical wiring and connections

- Check Contactors and Motor Run Capacitors for weakness

- Test unit in “Heat Mode”, at thermostat, and record performance data

- Provide Tasking Sheet, including performance date, per unit

- Inspection of sheaves and pulleys for excessive wear,

- Install new MERV 8 Pleated Filters, provided by Climbflow Heating andAir, LLC 

- Visual Inspection of the unit

- Inspection of sheaves and pulleys for excessive wear, fatigue, and/oralignment

- Inspection of fan blades, fan housing, and motor mounts

- Inspect electrical wiring and connections

- Test unit in “Heat Mode”, at thermostat, and record temperature supply

- Clean Condenser Coil with EPA and Manufacturer approved cleaning

solution

- Clean Evaporator Coil with EPA and Manufacturer approved cleaning

solution

- Clean and Clear Condensation Drain Line

- Install new MERV 8 Pleated Filters, provided by Climflow Heating and

Air, LLC

- Visual Inspection of the unit

- Inspection of sheaves and pulleys for excessive wear, fatigue, and/or

alignment

- Inspection of fan blades, fan housing, and motor mounts

- Inspect electrical wiring and connections

- Install new MERV 8 Pleated Filters, provided by Climbflow Heating andAir, LLC

- Visual Inspection of the unit- Inspection of sheaves and pulleys for excessive wear, fatigue, and/or alignment

- Test unit in “Cool Mode”, at thermostat, and record temperature supply
